This week, Joe Mahon makes the first of two trips to the fishing port of Greencastle in County Donegal.
He finds out how the local fishermen’s co-op can deliver their catch to market even before the boat has returned, and he also visits the National Fisheries College, where he learns how to pilot a vessel - without ever leaving the shore!
