Always nice when you get a quick turn around on job this was a 2 day job and the weather actualy held off for once, this was done in marble white for MJ Developments 👍

Took a call this week asking for advice on a property that the render was loose so we called round, now we all put jobs off that need doing but when we looked at this we couldnt leave it as it was dangerous to the public the loose render weighs around 50kg heavy enough to kill a child or serious injurys to anybody and this was on the front street so it was removed today free of charge to help out and make safe the rest will be removed later leaving a happy customer....

Lovley job finished last week once scaffold is down i can grab better pics but huge change to a big renovation ongoing this was base coated and full mesh undercoat before applying top coat and definatly leaves a perfect finish, for any info on rendering or renovations feel free to get intouch...👍🔥🔥

Not often we get to call past previous jobs this one is still undergoing a huge renovation, this was a full removal if old render then base coated with a full mesh system followed by top coat using champagne and its starting to look an amazing property 👌 for anymore info on rendering feel free to get intouch or give the page a like and share this always helps to generate more business thanks.

Scaffold up ready for hack off i can see this job been a bastard the customer doesnt want top coat on until windows are fitted so her farthers company is doin that after the break off then she complains about how long the scaffold will be up as we can only do bits at a time, then when we speak about payments she goes all quiet and changes subject🤦‍♂️ tbf i do love my wife but atleast she could do is give me some money atleast 😂😂

Scaffold down and what a transformation this is, took alot of work and time due to the condition the building was in and the weather but we got there in the end and it looks amazing in blanc polaire white🔥🔥🔥🔥

Big thankyou TT Coatings Ltd. Helping me out big time this week as we had a few days spare we dropped part of the machine off on wednesday and it was stripped and powdercoated back to me this morning and a huge change makes the machine look brand new again 👌 give these lads a look on there page at what they do amazing stuff.

Another one ticked off and customers moving back in ready for xmas this property was great working on for Mountfair Homes nothing is ever a problem working with these lads this was done in ecorend chalk white and looks amazing against the dark windows 👌🔥🔥🔥

Been a while since anything has been posted, we have never stopped but cant complain. Todays completion of this property giving it a nice new modern look using Ecorend marble white the full property has had base and mesh system leaving an amazing finish👌👌 Onto the next property tomorro using on a local property which most people will have seen over the years as it went from bad to worse but its just been renovated and ready for a fresh look outside 👌
