Reservations Agent
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the team at The Mainstreet Travel Group.
Key skills should include:
• Experience using Worldspan, Galileo or Amadeus
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and resolve difficult situations, and escalate when required
• Good organisation, communication and literacy skills
• Computer literate
• Willingness to listen and learn.
We are looking for a talented and driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively, in what is an extremely fast-paced environment.

Job Type:
Full-time - Office based
Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday required.
