Starting in a rain-soaked Edinburgh, with marathon runners around us, we picked up our clients from the Balmoral Hotel on Princes Street. With a swift packing of the Land Rover, we piled into our seats to make our way up to the Highlands, particularly the Atholl Gathering on the Blair Atholl Estate,
As we entered into the area of Glencoe and Dal ess we stopped at Lochan na h-Achlaise for some epic views the weather was stunning and our tourer got some stunning photos at the waters edge.

Started of chilly this morning, but it’s definitely a stunning spring morning at Stirling castle.
Nestled atop a volcanic crag, this historic fortress has witnessed centuries of Scottish history unfold within its walls. Did you know that Stirling Castle played a pivotal role in Scotland's past, serving as a royal residence and a strategic stronghold? From the coronation of Mary, Queen of Scots, to battles like the famous Battle of Stirling Bridge, this castle echoes with tales of valor and intrigue. Another breathtaking day in the Highlands! The Three Sisters are absolutely stunning in the spring sun, prompting me to shed my jacket (who knew Scotland could be so warm?). And to top it off, the new car park is bustling with activity. Grateful for moments like these that remind us of the beauty all around us! 🏔️☀️
Changeable winter weather is final at an end and things are getting warmer - but still love seeing places in Scotland in the winter, like the Old Man Of Storr on the Isle I’ve Skye just as the snow starts to make its way in.
What a week…. with a pick up in Glasgow on Monday morning we spent 2 days exploring the highlands, one of the first stops - Inveraray with the Vital Spark sitting on its belly. This picture looked very different a few days later.
What a stunning day in the Highlands. If this is a sign of more to come this summer than I’m all for it. The Discovery is looking well with Loch Ness in the background - even if it’s still get yesterdays filth on it (all of the car washes where out of order this morning).
What a stunning day. Refresh after a great stay at and now off to Urquhart Castle in the shores of a very stunning looking Loch Ness as part of our journey back down to Edinburgh.

And we’re off, after a few weeks of rest from what was a surprisingly busy winter season, tours are starting up. Today off to Speyside with an overnight in Inverness followed by a days touring Loch Ness and Glencoe the following day.
