We’ve had a couple of enquiries with regards to taking dogs to the caravan. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the caravan as it invalidates the insurance.

Great news, the park will be open from 12th April. Still a few peak dates left but plenty of availability outside of that. Our costs are always at least 60% less than booking direct with Haven. Give us a shout if you want to reserve a date. Payment not required until 6 weeks before.

**FAQs for Rowan Meadow at Devon Cliffs**

- How many people can the caravan accommodate?
The caravan can cater up to 8 people (1 x Double Room, 2 x Twin Rooms & Double sofa bed in the living area).

- Do you have a price list?
No, we quote against the price quoted on the Haven site for a similar grade caravan with a discount dependant on the time of year. Please click the message button and send over your preferred dates and we will send a cost over.

- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in time is 2pm onwards, all guests must vacate the caravan by 10am on day of departure.

- What durations are available?
Bookings can be made for 3 (Friday to Monday), 4 (Monday to Friday) or 7 (Monday to Monday) nights.

- Are pets allowed in the caravan?
No unfortunately no pets are allowed in the caravan.

- Are Haven fun passes included in the cost?
No but these can be purchased at the reception of the park when you arrive. Further details on the cost of these can be find via: https://www.haven.com/parks/devon/devon-cliffs/useful-information

- What is the Haven fun passes?
Haven Fun Passes allow your entire party access to the indoor family entertainment centre housing the clubs, bars and food courts. You will also receive full access to the indoor and outdoor heated pools, kids and teen clubs, and the day and evening entertainment.

- Where can I park?
Parking is conveniently available right next to the caravan. Once you have booked your visit, a map detailing caravan location and parking will be sent.

- What do I need to bring with me?
All kitchen utensils and crockery are included, you would just need to bring washing up items (washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel), towels, toilet roll, food and your normal personal holiday belongings. Bedding can be provided at an additional cost of £10 per room or alternatively you can bring your own duvet & pillow covers and sheets. Duvets and pillows will be included.

- Is there plenty to do on site?
Loads, there are 12 food and drink venues on site as well as Adventure Golf, Aerial Adventure, 3 outdoor play areas as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. It’s worth downloading the Haven What’s On App before your visit as it’s the best way to see what’s going on whilst you are there and book any activities.

- Is smoking permitted in the caravan?
There is no smoking permitted inside the caravan.

- Do I need to pay a deposit?
A £50 deposit will be required to secure your booking.

-When will the full balance be required?
Full balance will be required 6 weeks before visit, if booking is with less than 6 weeks’ notice then full amount will need to be paid to secure booking.

- Cancellation policy?
If booking is cancelled before 6 weeks of visit then ALL monies will be refunded. Anything less than 6 weeks is non-refundable.
