With the weather at last looking ideal for a trip out to sea we are running an individuals trip tomorrow Sunday 5th May 2024 leaving at 11am from the inner harbour steps in front of the Grand Burstin Hotel.
We hope to head down through White Cliffs and Heritage coast towards Dover to take in the sea views and hopefully enjoy the sunny weather.
A commentary will be given on board to highlight points of interest and local history.
For anyone interested there are currently places available with the cost being £20 for Adults and £15 under 16 years of age.

Planning our first of this seasons Individuals sightseeing trips out of Folkestone Harbour this afternoon leaving at 1330 and 1430.
Places limited to 11 passengers per trip with the cost for a 45 minute trip being £17 Adults and £11 under 16 year of age.
Tickets sold on board on a first come first served basis.
We recommend a minimum age of 5 years for these sea going trips.

Trips available for the whole boat tomorrow Saturday 27th August out 1300 and 1400 with the cost being £120 with a maximum of 11 passengers on board.

Space Sunday and Monday for hire of the whole boat subject to suitable wind conditions.

Unusual to see this Gannet so close to the boat out in the channel this week!
The Gannet was extremely hungry and even tried to take Mackerel off the hooks as we were trying to pull them onboard the boat!
It went away well fed with fresh fish caught by the anglers on board that day.

Tomorrow Saturday 13th August we have availability for one 45 minute sightseeing trip leaving at 1400 hours with the cost being £120 for the whole boat.

Sunday 14th August we have two 45 minute sightseeing trips available for private hire leaving at 1145 and 1500 hours.
The cost to hire the boat is £120 for up to 11 passengers with a suggested minimum age 5 years.

Trips leave from the Inner Harbour steps in front of the Grand Burstin Hotel.

We are hoping to run 45 minute individuals sightseeing trips this weekend Saturday & Sunday 16th & 17th July.
Saturdays trips are planned to leave at 1200,1500 and 1600.
Sundays trips are planned for 1245,1545 & 1645.
All times are approximate and subject to weather conditions which at the moment are forecast to be very hot with light winds.
The cost is £16 Adults & £11 under 18.
Tickets go on sale at 11am Saturday & 1145 Sunday and are sold on a first come first served basis on the concrete landing steps in front of the Grand Burstin Hotel.
Places are limited to a maximum of 11 passengers on each trip.

This afternoon (5th June) we have light winds forecast so will be running a few 45 minute sightseeing trips starting at 1.15 pm with the cost being £16 Adults and £11 under 18 years old.
For anyone who would like to book a place by purchasing a ticket, we will be at the steps in front of the Grand Burstin Hotel where the trips will depart and return from.

Tomorrow Saturday 21st August and Sunday 22nd August we are planning on running 45 minute sightseeing trips.
With morning high tides, trips will be limited to mostly the morning and the last trip possible leaving early afternoon after which the water will leave the Harbour.
First trip will be be leaving at 10am Saturday with tickets on sale from 9am on the day of the trip.
Tickets cost £15 Adult and £10 under 18’s.
All trips leave from the steps in front of the Grand Burstin Hotel and are subject to weather conditions on the day.

With light winds forecast this weekend (12th & 13th June) we are hoping to run trips on Saturday starting from 11am and Sunday from 12 midday.
These sightseeing trips will last 45 minutes with the cost being £15 Adults and £10 under 18’s.
There should be trips leaving about every hour depending on demand.
All trips will leave from the Inner Harbour steps in front of the Grand Burstin Hotel.
Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and will go on sale an hour before the first trip each day.

Good Morning,
Although it’s forecast to be a lovely day on the land we have a forecast of stiff onshore breeze building this afternoon.
Unfortunately this means we will only be running one trip today (29th May) at 12.00 hopefully before the East wind picks up.

With the boat now ready, we are really looking forward to meeting many new and returning customers to enjoy a short sightseeing trip out on the Folkestone Voyager in the 2021 summer season.
All we need now is suitable weather and tides possibly starting this bank holiday weekend!
We are keeping a close eye on the weather forecast at the moment but we have trips planned subject to light winds on :-
Saturday 29th May from 1200hours.

Sunday 30th May from 1245 hours.

Bank Holiday Monday 31st May from1345.

All trips will be for 45 minutes with the cost being £15 Adults & £10 under 18’s

Tickets to be sold on the quay on the day of the trip on first come first served basis.
