There’s always lots to see and do when you visit us in !

Friday's Fascinating Fact: People have lived on the site of House of Dun for a very long time. Here there is a Neolithic site called Fordhouse Barrow, dating from around 4000BC.

It became a site of worship for the people living here, who would either have buried their dead inside the mound or perhaps laid the bodies on top of it, open to the elements.
