Winter conditions

What a day! Far more tough than expected. White out from peak to peak. Falling through snow several feet deep. Then the route down was snowed over making it impossible to get down 300meter with a 30 meter rope. Couldn’t find the anchors in time. But was awesome to get out in the snow and one of a few hikes in the name of this charity hope you enjoy. Check my main profile for video as this doesn’t let me loads. 2nd Jan 2023 2 hours, 6 mile, max incline, 10 mile of road bike trek. Stretch after. bikes for building stamina, incline walks for leg building and breathing control.

Finalised kit and packed, doesn’t looks so bad. Theirs a list of kit also the list doesn’t include rope. This kit is for climbing and hiking as well as safety wile climbing exposed icy rock only thing I’m missing is some pitons! I have nuts tho.

It’s nuts how much I have spent on this but everything here has been used many times 🫣 🏔️
