📢England parks update📢

To help put your minds at ease, we wanted to provide an update on our plan for re-opening our English parks following the Government announcement yesterday.

Whilst we’re sad to not be able to open during March as planned, we’re super excited to be able to open our doors in April and as it stands, we’re planning to get you back onto park from Monday 12th.

Important information for any upcoming and future guests staying in our caravans on Seashore Holiday Park.

There have recently been changes in the Government guidance, below is an update of the changes at Seashore Holiday Park (taken directly from Haven communication to Owners).

TEST & TRACE:

Please protect those around you and help us all get back to the things we love by downloading and using the NHS Test and Trace app.

Following Government requirements, from Friday 25 September, you are now legally required register your details when you enter our indoor locations, including entertainment venues, restaurants and arcades entertainment venues, for NHS test and trace purposes. Please download and use the NHS Test and Trace app.

Step 1: Download the NHS test and trace app. Search NHS COVID 19 in your app store.

Step 2: Follow the set-up details in the app

Step 3: Use the app to scan the QR code found on the entrance to the venues

CLOSING TIMES:

In order to comply with new Government restrictions, from Thursday 24 September we will be closing our restaurants, bars, Owners' Lounges and entertainment venues at 10pm at Seashore Holiday Park.

Our collection only takeaways will also close at 10pm. Where delivery is available, please order by 10.45pm for delivery by 11pm.

FACE COVERINGS:

You will now be required to wear a face covering in all indoor venues, this includes reception areas, across all our parks. Unless you are exempt from doing so. You can also remove your face covering while swimming or when you’re seated enjoying a meal or a drink.

Important information for visiting your holiday home

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

Please be aware that as of Monday 14th September 2020 the new "Rule of 6" law change comes in to effect.

In keeping with current Park policies and government guidelines/legislation, until further notice we will be unable to take bookings of more than 6 people unless:

1) They are members of the same household (ie a family with more than 6 people living in the same house)

2) They are part of a household support bubble (ie a single person with a family)

This will be kept under review and updated if and when the Park and government policies change. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions regarding this.

With the new changes to law which come into force on Monday 14 September 2020, we wanted to make you aware that this could impact you when you visit your holiday home and if you private let your holiday home.
