For people looking for something a little bit special in the Great Yarmouth area we have converted a town house into 3 luxury 2 person adult only holiday apartments. Emerald and Sapphire apartments are central heated and decorated in a traditional style. The bedroom features a super king size bed which can be split into two singles on request. The En-Suite bathroom has a separate spacious shower a

nd illuminating spa bath with twin mirrored vanity units. Amethyst apartment is a smaller funky apartment with modern stylish decor with underfloor heating in the kitchen/lounge and central heating upstairs. The bedroom features a super king size bed, En-Suite bathroom with spa bath and over head shower with twin mirrored vanity units. All units have well equipped kitchens with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There are 40" flat-screen smart internet TVs with sky movies and sports in all lounges and bedrooms. Free dedicated WiFi is available throughout. An enclosed rear garden and patio area is shared by the three apartments. Off street car parking is available for one car per unit at the property; extra car parking is available within 100 yards. So we promised some upcoming exciting news!

We are happy to announce that QF Living have now taken over management of the apartments and they are available for booking now!
QF Living are also looking to take over full ownership of the apartments later in the year.

We are aware that people are anxiously awaiting sale updates. Unfortunately so are we.
We've now stopped saying surely nothing else can go wrong as, well, complications keep happening.
I apologise for the silence. I've been thinking, next week should have some answers for about 2 months now 🙈
*fingers crossed* that March will bring us some spring fortune.

We were hoping to complete this month but there has been another complication.
This is going to take at the very least 4 weeks to sort 😔

Sale update.

There have been delays and complications then oh joy more delays!
We do however have a tentative completion date for early November. So from then I should have information to pass on to everyone so they can be booking their 2022 breaks 🤞

Morning!
Sorry for the lack of updates regarding the sale. It's just a case of things moving very slowly so there's not really a lot to update 😅

The new owner is still intending to keep the apartments as holiday lets. I've already promised to pass on his information to several customers once I have it. If anyone else would like to be added to this list please do add a comment here 🙂

We have today accepted an offer for the apartments.
Obviously it's very early days so at this point in time I can't confirm what will happen with them. The buyer has expressed interest in running them as holiday accommodation.

Any bookings with us for May/June are still valid so no panicking please 😛

Today I have opened up some availability between 17th May-10th June prices range from £255-£450.
I will also be limiting the number of apartments that can be let at the same time.

Thank you very much to those who have already booked and to the support everyone has been giving us in our awkward transition period.
