CARAVAN TO RENT HASTINGS·FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2019·
I’ve started buying one caravan in 2016, which I’ve rented for a while not being able to use it on a daily basis. Before the mid 2017 I was buying 5 more and until the end of 2017 I had 7. In 2018 I purchased two more, balancing with some upgraded ones. Is not something you will do every day, but when you do, it’s a lot of time consuming, sometime

s loosing money with some tenants, but in general you are very busy with bookings and maintenance. I’ve got new friends and a new way of life in Coghurst, pitty that the Park is increasing all the time the plot fees and comes up with loads of restrictions, but otherwise everything gives you a peace of mind, the nature is beautiful around and if you find your peace, that means everything. I have lost 8 out of 9 caravans during Corona Lock downs and due to other restrictions from the Park, but life in your own business is about gain and loss.

PARK MANAGEMENT:
Hi All,
Further to the closure of the lake for spawning, I can confirm that fishing can recommence from 7am tomorrow morning. However, the picnic area will remain closed until further notice due to some spawning still taking place in the shallower waters.
Please note, due to the potential stress on the fish during the spawning process, we would request that all anglers return the fish to the water as soon as possible.
We have also decided, that moving forward, as part of the compulsory tackle, all anglers are now to carry a
CARP CARE ANTISEPTIC TREATMENT.
It may be found in any angling shop!!!!

Breaking news :) we are getting ready for fishing!

Hi All
Just wanted to share some photos of some new stock The Park have welcomed to the lake here today. The Park have introduced around 40x tench at between 1-2.5lb, 6x grass carp at between 7-12lb and 12x 1-2lb common & mirror carp.
The Park also introduced 1x orange Koi carp at around 3lb and 1x orange tench at around 1-2lb. Due to the uniqueness of these 2 fish, The Park Management will be putting a prize up for grabs, should either of these be caught. Prize information to follow. Also id like to thank all that helped with this for helping The Park source these beautiful fish.
