Ideal home for a staycation. Welcome to our brand new family-owned holiday home. This is a prestige caravan with front decking situated in the outstanding Sea view village at Combe Haven Caravan Park. This is an 8 berth, 3 bedrooms, double glazed, central heated holiday home. The home comprises a double bedroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds, and a spacious lounge with a pull-out sofa

bed. There is a spacious toilet and shower room as well as an additional toilet. The double bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and large wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms have single wardrobes, with one room also having a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas oven and hob. There is a large integrated fridge freezer along with a microwave, kettle & toaster. The dining area has a table with benches. In the living room, there is a pull out sofa bed, a 43" Smart TV and an electric fire. This property is located in Sea view village with surrounding views of the sea; it’s a short walk down the hill to the gate that leads to Aldi, Costa and the beach. You can walk to the main amenities.

THINGS TO NOTE

*Please note that, as with most private bookings, entertainment passes will need to be purchased on arrival or at any point during your stay if required. These are not compulsory, and you can use the caravan solely for accommodation, which many choose to do. All payments are made directly to Haven. Prices are subject to change based on Havens terms and conditions

*Loss of keys will result in a charge for replacement keys, change of locks and alarm.

*Check-in after 2pm - check out before 10am

*A security deposit: A pre-authorization of GBP 100.00 is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure

*Cancellations policy: 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 28 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

*Full guarantee if Haven close due to Covid restrictions or your home/booking address faces restrictions, we will provide a FULL REFUND or offer change of dates.

*25% of the balance due on time of booking with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must be age 21 or over to book (ages may be flexible depending on the group or family).

*Due to the current pandemic, we would like to keep our guests safe, so we please ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels. So you can bring appropriate bed linen the caravan has 2 double beds and 4 single beds.

*If you would like a later check out then please request it, if it’s possible we will do it and it will be a sum of £10. The new check out time would be extended till 12pm. To make use of this option, please inform us at the time of booking.

T&C’s

The caravan owners have the right the retain some/all of the safety deposit if the property is damaged or the house policies have been broken. By booking with us, you agree and consent to all the T&Cs and have read and promise to abide by the house policies. Please note, there is no automatic change to our payment terms due to COVID Unless expressly agreed. If you don’t pay for your stay 28 days before, it will be cancelled and any monies paid will be non-refundable. Any extensions to the deadline will need to be agreed and issued in the notes section prior to the balance deadline. Some facilities at the resorts may be limited and we are not responsible for this, all our accommodation is self-catering only. Normal T&Cs still apply to all bookings.
