The Cottage:
• Our delightful cottage is surprisingly spacious, positioned in the town of Hayle, less than two miles from the 3 mile stretch of golden sand between Hayle and Godrevy.
• A comfortable and elegant sitting room has beams and a wood burner, "Kosy" on cooler days, so curl up or kick back on a classic sofa with a book, or watch the TV (Freeview or DVD).
• The kitchen and dinning area
is contemporary and well equipped with all the appliances including a dishwasher.
• The ground floor shower room is practical after a sandy-toed adventure - shower, basin and WC.
• Bedroom 1 with its King size bed, TV and vintage dressing table has a country vibe.
• Bedroom 2 can be 1 King size or Twin single beds has a large built in wardrobe and has a costal feel for that true holiday feeling.
• The beautiful bathroom has a relaxed elegance with roll top bath for bathing bliss, basin and WC.
• Utility, with washing machine and freezer
• The rear garden is tiered mainly shingled with 2 patio's for sunshine snacks and steps up for siestas, play, and sunset finales.
• There is parking area at the back of the property for up to 2-cars; this is accessed by a driveway at the side, which is (2.4M) wide, at its narrowest point.
• Gas central heating, Electricity, WiFi, towels and bed linen included.
• Cot and highchair (Please bring own linen for cot).
• Sorry, no pets and no smoking
• Shop within a two minute walk - Pub quarter of a mile
• Note: The road in front of Kosy Kot can be busy with local traffic at peak times, however traffic passes slowly in single file
The Area:
• Hayle has an eclectic mix of restaurants, traditional inns and supermarkets within a short walk.
• Children will enjoy Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary with soft play arena.
• Sit aside the dinky quay with an ice cream or cappuccino, take a fishing trip, seal safari excursion or join the surf school for white water fun.
• Cornwall's largest dunes run along this coastline, the beach reaches round from Hayle River to Godrevy lighthouse and Gwithian Beach, ideal for swimming, rock-pooling and extreme sports.
• Bring hiking boots and explore the cliffs and country footpaths of this World Heritage Site.
• Carbis Bay and sublime St Ives is eight miles away, host to gorgeous beaches, boutiques, galleries and gift shops.
• Mythical St Michael's Mount is a 15 minute drive away.
• There is lots to see and do for people of all ages.
