SUNDOWN is a detached 8 berth chalet on Riviere Towans, Hayle, Cornwall, commanding panoramic views across to St Ives and Carbis Bay.

There is easy pedestrian access to the beach, only 2 minutes walking distance, equally suitable for swimming and surfing. The river and sea are well known for fishing and Hayle estuary is a favourite haunt for bird watching enthusiasts. SUNDOWN is an excellent holiday 'retreat' for all ages, being more secluded and peaceful than some sites but, as it is so close to the sandy beach, fulfilling the

needs of a family with children. West Cornwall Golf Club is nearby at Lelant and is open to handicap certificate holders. (Much of the green can be seen from the chalet).
