Glanusk Estate
We are all looking forward to welcoming you to the Glanusk Estate Fayre & NGS Open Garden tomorrow.
Gates open at 11am and there will be talks and demonstrations from Lynne Allbutt, Andrew T Price from Dryad Bushcraft and ITV Coast & Country, Terry Walton, love lily, Mel from Out to Learn Willow and Bagpiper in South Wales John Campbell. The event is being officially opened by ITV's Ruth Wignall.
As well as businesses on the Estate Cadman Furniture, Gallops & Rivers, Rowan Bespoke, Mark Coleman Sporting & Game and Russell Woods Antiques we will also be joined by Beatrice Ambery who are kindly loaning vintage china and props, Beatrice and Maud who have recently opened up shop in Crickhowell having been very successful in Abergavenny, Bezzers Biscuits who will make your dogs very happy, Black Mountain Roast with their range of coffees, B***y Bunting with their colourful range of bunting, Cashells of Crickhowell with a pop up shop, Cow & Ghost Vintage with lots of temptation, Williams Worms, Edge Beanbags - Home of the Techbed and creators of bespoke beanbags, Welsh Capes from Fascin8 capes, Fly 2 Wales Holiday Information for the Overseas, International & UK Tourist, Glitter & Gold Tattoos, Herbal Harmony, Miranda Bowen Animal Portraits & Lili Wen textiles, Myddfai Trading Company luxury Welsh toiletries, delicious Nomnom Chocolate, a selection of books, prints and maps from Paul Haynes Rare Books, delicious Passion Preserves, Silenus with Apple County Cider Co, Kingstone Brewery and Lurvill's Delight, the popular and moreish The Preservation Society, Ty Cariad with a selection of Emma Bridgewater china, Annie Sloan paint and wonderful homewares and gifts and Woodee Limited.
The family run tea tent will be serving teas, coffees and soft drinks with tasty cakes and biscuits and thanks to our volunteers and Latte-da for baking cakes, The Roaming Caravan Co. Mobile Caravan Bar and delicious food from Sugarloaf catering who will also be serving ice creams.
Please note entry is from the A40, follow the signs to the parking area where the parking attendants will guide you to a spot.
Entry is £6.50, 12 and under free.
Well behaved dogs on leads and please clear up after your dog.
Some stands won't be accepting credit cards so bring cash or cheques.
