STORMY WEATHER
Touring the Highlands in October can be challenging... weather wise. But where?..from Glasgow to Lewis, Harris, Noth Uist, Benbecula, South Uist, Eriskay, barra and Vatersay. Could this be serious? You bet it was and Isabella and Jonathan were fully up to the challenge. Well done guys! We did see some sun 😂⛈☔️🌫🌦

A great few days with Pattie from Austrailia :) And the weather was kind!

GREEN SPACES
What better way to chill out than a woodland walk. Reelig Glen woodland is a mixture of old conifer and broadleaved trees, but its real glory is a stand of Douglas Fir trees that are well over 100 years old. They soar above you to a height of about 170 feet (50 metres). The strong smell of wild garlic (in bloom ) permeated.

Hebridean Highlights

A fun but challenging (weather) 3 day visit to the Outer Hebrides with a lovely couple from San Diego. Strong winds and rain from the north made "modelling" less routine on the more exposed sites. They were true professionals! Enjoy your trip to Skye you guys.

We are good to go! After a 2 year Covid break it was great to visit some of the old haunts last week. And with the same lovely couple from Kentucky who were my last tour before lockdown. How cool is that 😀

Temperatures to -22c in the Highlands brought fantastic evening colour to Loch Tarff as the sun set.
