Happy Friday at Incy Wincy’s Preschool - Bagworth this morning 🥰.

Lovely to see familiar faces and also some new faces too 🥰. It was great to see you all again 😍.

We had some new songs to sign and sing to as well as having lots of fun with the instruments - you certainly know how to shake them very loud 🤣.

Very active with our circle songs - lots of stamping feet (in a fun way 🤣) and also everyone enjoying turning round😵‍💫 and round😵‍💫 - were you giddy? Well done everyone🥳.

Thank you all for coming to Sign & Rhyme today, it was lovely to see you again 🥰.

A warm welcome to our new families 🤗, I hope you enjoyed the session, and hopefully we will see you again soon 😍.

We continued with our 'colour' theme, and today it was 'GREEN', so when you are out and about with your little ones see if they can spot some green cars/vans🚐🚐 , green leaves🌿🌿 (before they change colour 🤣), some green clothing that they may be wearing 👕👕or some green apples🍏🍏 that they may be eating. Whatever you do I hope you have lots of fun💚💚.

I hope you enjoyed our new addition to Sign & Rhyme - Chloe the clown 👀. You were all so good at keeping very quiet so that she could pop up to say 'hello'. Well done all of you 🥳.

So good to be back at Bagworth Community Centre for Sign & Rhyme this morning 🥰. You have all grown up so much 🥰.

We wish our young boys all the very best as they start their new journey to Preschool and Nursery 🤩. We will miss you, but hope you make lots of new friends and learn lots of amazing new things - do come back and see us in the school holidays 🥰🥳.

We had a very enjoyable morning, signing and singing to lots of songs, and had great fun with our instruments 🤣.

We learnt some 'colour' signs for when your little ones start putting words together - red car, red bus etc. Then when they have mastered putting 2 words together you can introduce more words - Big red bus or Little blue car etc.

For an activity to reinforce colours 🚗🥎🥣🦖collect a few items of the same colour from around the house and put the items into a bag or box 🎁. Then sit with your child and take it in turns to take something out and have a chat about it. Chatting about what it is, what colour, the size of it, what it is used for, what does it feel like etc. Make it as fun and interesting as you can 🥳🥳. Lots of language opportunities with this activity.

Good morning everyone 🥰I hope you are all ok and enjoying the holidays😍.

Children love crafts, so if you want to be creative have a go at making some binoculars with your little ones - it will be so much fun for you all🤩.
You will be able to use these anywhere - outdoors and indoors👀.

If you are planning a visit to Twycross Zoo, take them there too and see how many animals they can spot - so much to see there, and the Lego Animal structures are A-MAZ-ING. 🥳.

I hope you have lots of fun - please feel free to take a photo of their binoculars to show me their masterpieces 🥰🥰.

😍😍So lovely to see you all at Sign & Rhyme this morning 😍😍, thank you so much for coming along 😍😍.

🤣🤣You were all very vocal this morning 🤣🤣, and shook your instruments with great enthusiasm🤣🤣, but you were able to keep them quiet for a little while, while you watched the little bird peck its way down the pole 🤣🤣. Well done 🥳🥳.

It was our last session today 😉, but we will return on Wednesday 28th August 🥰🥰 . So I shall look forward to seeing you all again then.

Happy Wednesday everyone - thank you for coming to Sign & Rhyme today at Bagworth Community Centre 🥰.

The children enjoyed their turn for choosing what items they would like out of the bag, and we had lots of sharing and caring from everyone 😍🥰with other activities.

🫧🫧🫧 Bubble time was fun, the children did great at popping as many bubbles as they could 🫧🫧🫧, and it was lovely to watch the babies looking, and following the bubbles to see where they were going to land 🫧🫧🫧.

🌞🌞Sunny smiles at Sign & Rhyme today🌞🌞. Thank you for coming along 🥰.

We had lots of young children, starting to crawl, starting to walk, older siblings helping them choose their props and instruments, and older children saying hello to everyone - so lovely to see these moments in their development and seeing them having fun at the same time ❤️.

We said another warm hello to a new family today, and we hope you will enjoy coming to Sign & Rhyme 🥰🥰.

The children did a great job of passing the drum around, brilliant sharing and turn taking 🥳🥳. Well done all of you. x

🥳🥳Happy Wednesday everyone🥳🥳.
Thank you for coming to Sign & Rhyme this morning at Bagworth Community Centre, it was lovely to see you all🥰.

It's great to see older siblings attending during the summer holidays, as we get to see how much they have grown from their days at Sign & Rhyme 😍😍. Also lovely to meet our new family today, we look forward to seeing you both again next week. 🙂.

One of our boys was very excited to see the lawn being cut outside, and he loved telling us all about it - 'Coming down here', 'Going In corner' 'Gone down there' 'Gone now'. 🥰🥳🥰. He will be 2 next week 🥰. Happy Birthday 🎈🎈 and we all hope you enjoy your special day 🎈🎈.

We had lots of fun with the drum, even one of our grandmas had a go 🥰. Story time was all about making animal noises - not so sure about the donkey noise 🤣but we had some lovely 'Quacks' and 'Woofs' 🐤🐹.

🌞🌞It was Sign & Rhyme's last session this morning at Incy Wincy’s Preschool - Bagworth before they break up for the summer holidays. 🌞🌞.

We had lots of fun, and it was great to hear you all singing to your favourite songs - Peter Rabbit sounded especially good 🐰🐰.

🥰🥰The children that are going off to school in September I hope you have lots of fun, make lots of friends and wish you all the very best for the future as you start your next journey 🥳🥳.

As always we had a delightful morning with our Sign & Rhyme group at Bagworth 🥰🥳🥰🥳.

We welcomed a new family, and a new baby sister for one of our little boys ❤️❤️. A warm welcome to you all. xx

I had a lovely little helper today who helped me to take the instruments round to all the families, and he also waited patiently for the other children to choose what they would like❤️.
Well done🥳

🥳🥳Well done to one of our younger boys who entertained us at music time with his enthusiasm for playing his musical instruments 🥳🥳. Pure magic 🥰.

Thank you all for taking part in our Sea Activity, I think you will agree the children loved being 'Under the Sea' 🤣🤣❤️❤️.

We enjoyed the sea activity, I think the children loved the feel of the fabric on their feet 😍, and they also liked hiding underneath it as well ❤️.

🥰🥰A fun time had by all at Incy Wincy’s Preschool - Bagworth this morning 🥰🥰.

We had lots of guesses as to 'what was in the box', and one of the girls got it on the last clue 'it has stripes' 🐝. Well done to everyone who tried to guess what it was.🥳🥳

We had some great singing and signing to 'Old McDonald' and also some lovely suggestions for different animals on the farm 🐖🐄🐑😍.

Parachute time - the children were very enthusiastic with this activity 🤣. They loved hiding underneath the parachute, and we had lots of giggles and squeals when we raised the parachute to find them. Good listening and waiting for your names to be called out for your turn to hide underneath 🥰🥳.

🥰🥰Happy Wednesday Everyone 🥰🥰.

We had such a fun time at Sign & Rhyme this morning in Bagworth.
The children were amazing singing and signing to our songs, and choosing what animal we should sing about next 🐷🐷🐮🐤. We also had one of our boys doing some great listening to my clues about what was in our sparkly box, he guessed it right 🐝. Well done all of you 🥳🥳.

We loved our circle songs 😍, shaking our bottoms 🤣 and shoulders, and waving our arms and stamping our feet. 🥳🥳. We also enjoyed wobbling to 'Jelly on the Plate'🤣🤣

I shall look forward to seeing you all next week for another 'Happy Wednesday' 🥰

Thank you for a very enjoyable time at Thornton Playgroup this afternoon. 😍😍.

The children were very good at counting as one of the younger boys took the teddies out of the Toybox 🧸🧸🧸🧸🧸. Well done all of you🥳.

We also had lots of fun with our sea activity. The children loved trying to get the fish to jump out of the water 🐟- he went really high 🤣🤣. They were also very good at making gentle waves 🌊 in the sea activity, and better still making big waves as a storm was coming 🌊🌊🤣.

I hope you all have a lovely summer holiday and hopefully I will see you again in September 🥰🥰.

We had a lovely time, the children did some great waiting for their turns, and were very good at sharing the drum, passing it around the circle eager to know whose turn it was next 🤣🥳. Lots of lovely moments at Incy Wincy’s Preschool - Bagworth this morning 🥰🥰.

One of the young girls there this morning did a great job of helping me run the Sign & Rhyme session🤩. As we passed the drum around she asked the person whose turn it was if they wanted the 'blue sticks' or 'yellow sticks' for beating the drum 🥳. By showing them the sticks the child was able to ask/reach or point to the ones they wanted 🥰. This was brilliant to watch as it showed her confidence, her patience while she waited for the child to choose and it was great for her language development too ☺️. What a superstar ⭐️. I think she is after my job 🤣🤣.

We also had some great listening at our musical time, the children had to 'Stop & Listen' while the next instruction was given for how to play their instruments - 'shake', 'tap', 'quiet' and 'loud' . Well done to you all 🥳🥳.

Story time was fun too, the children really engaged with the story - 'Boo Hoo Baby'. They remembered what the animals did to try and stop the baby from crying, and were keen to say what animal it was when I made the animal noise 🐮🦆🐕🐈.

The children did some lovely signing and singing with our 'Going To The Park' song 🚗🧥🧢🧢👟👟🛝 🥳.
