Waterside Escapes is a delightful holiday home set within a converted corn mill with unspoilt views onto the River Witham in Lincolnshire. The property within Sinclairs Mill is comfortably furnished, offering a sitting room with two sofas, a tv and a DVD player for your entertainment. Double doors open out on to an enclosed decked area where you can sit and take in the wonderful view or relax in t

he private hot tub. There is a fully functional kitchen including a fridge freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave and a dishwasher for your convenience. The comfortable bedroom has a Kingsize bed with a beautiful outlook on to the river.

Things have been a little quiet on the river lately, but had the pleasure of seeing this lovely one eating breakfast this morning. Not to be missed out, the heron was looking to catch his too and the swans were out for their morning swim. Delightful :)

Wow! I feel so lucky to have captured this. Our little resident is so friendly and is making quite a name for himself. He's even appeared on the local news 😆!!
