Colombia is a picture of handsome buildings, lively metropolises, mist-shrouded mountains, lush coffee country and gilded coastline. Close to the equator, the country is consistently warm through the year, including our autumn months. In November, the Caribbean and Andean regions are drier than the Amazon and Pacific regions, making it an excellent time to visit the walled coastal city of Cartagena, replete with colourful, cobbled streets.
