🔸 Replaced With Treated.

Recently completed project in Kennington

It was an amazing job!! We admit it was a great challenge. 9 weeks in perfect weather ☀️

7 buildings 🏨🏨
175 Windows!🪟🪟
22 Doors frames!🚪🚪
11 metal bridges 🌉 🌉

- 28 sash windows in total all with rotten cills and lower sections ( replaced in hardwood)

- a big section of lower corners and mouldings was replaced and patched with epoxy resin

We rebuilt those windows from decay. Stripped out all rot used repair care resin system soft and hardwood splices.
Finished in Zinnser Allcoat Exterior Gloss.

That's how it's done.

* Clean all surfaces with degreaser
* Sand all surfaces and wipe down with tack clothes
* Fill dents with two-part filler and repair any delamination
* Spray primer
* Sand between coats with extra fine sandpaper
* Spray topcoat
