This Grade II listed two bedroom apartment is in a landmark building on Lymington's historic cobbled Quay Hill, next to the Quay.
The interiors have been thoughtfully designed with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings and the apartment is well equipped to support an enjoyable and comfortable stay for couples and families alike.
The location is stunning, being right in the middle of the historic cobbled Quay Hill, and only a stone's throw to the Quay in one direction and Lymington High Street in the other. From here you can experience the best of what the area has to offer with the infamous Elderflower Restaurant just across the cobbles, artisan eateries, traditional pubs, and an abundance of walking and cycling on offer along coastal paths or into the beauty of the New Forest National Park.
The building is one of the oldest in Lymington Quay, dating back to the late 1600s. In keeping with a building of this age, please be aware that there are fairly narrow stairs and low ceiling heights which may not be suitable for the very tall.
Both bedrooms are of a great size. The master has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have deep pocket sprung mattresses and high quality Egyptian cotton linen.
The cozy lounge has a sofa with a HD TV, free unlimited WiFi and Netflix. There is a beautiful reclaimed dining table, which is set up for two but can seat four when pulled out and used with two stools.
The kitchen is furnished with midnight blue cupboards and an oak floor and is very well equipped with a gas hob, oven with grill, washer/dryer, fridge with a small freezer compartment, a kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. We will even make sure that you have a small supply of pods and some New Forest tea to greet your arrival.
The large bathroom is a real feature with a large walk in shower and a roll top bath. Towels are included.
We love to welcome families and have a few things to make it easier - a travel cot & mattress (please bring your own cot bedding), a high chair and kids plates & cutlery. Please note there’s unfortunately no buggy storage area inside. There are stairs inside the apartment from the front door with no stair gate so you may need to keep an eye on toddlers.
