Planning a Hen weekend?

For the perfect experience of chilling and fun activities, we can bring entertainment to you!

Our lovely ladies this weekend enjoyed Burlesque dance lessons, wine tasting with a 3 course meal, karaoke, and soaking in the hot tub.

We can also organise cocktail making, butlers in the buff, life drawing, and beauty treatments.

Planning tip... not sure who's actually coming yet? No worries! You only need a rough number to book your weekend in and we'll confirm your final group size 4 weeks before your event.

Essex Summer Festival!

Calling all dog lovers and anyone who fancies a mini break!!

In collaboration with DNV - Let's save the street cats and dogs, I am offering a 2 night stay at our one bedroom barn called the Cart Lodge, as a prize for a draw.

The Cart Lodge is self-contained with an antique king size French bed, ensuite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, private patio with table, chairs and BBQ overlooking fields, free WiFi and off road parking.

If you would like to bring pets, up to two dogs are included in the offer. Take walks in the countryside, visit coastal towns or just chill and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are free bikes that you are welcome to use.

The Cart Lodge is a one bedroom barn near the historic town of Maldon. Use the free bikes to explore the countryside, go for leisurely walks, then enjoy a soak in your private hot tub before spending the evening snuggled by the log burner.

A sneak preview of our latest project!

Our private hot tub and seating area will soon be available to hire with the Cart Lodge and Barley Barn.

Ideal for couples and small families, the 3 person hot tub has features normally associated with much larger models.

Just a few more tweaks then we'll be good to go!

It's Cats Day in Italy!

It can be cats (and dogs) day every day when you stay at the Hay Barn, Barley Barn and Cart Lodge. We welcome well behaved pets!

We use Blueair air purifiers to remove airborne allergy and asthma triggers like pet dander, dust, pollen, mold, smoke, bacteria viruses and more, and between each visit there is an enhanced professional clean.
