Malton Grange Country Park is seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere at our country park.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors and provide them with information about the park's facilities, services, and activities.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
3. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation.
4. Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
5. Assist with managing park bookings and reservations.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
8. Address visitor concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
9. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Friendly and welcoming attitude towards visitors.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
