It's not all about Sunshine Festival this weekend in Upton upon Severn. As well as the new riverside market, car boot sale at the Rugby Club, there's also the market inside the Memorial Hall,, Severn Expeditions Day Boat Hire,, play area and skate park, riverside walks, and of course a great place to enjoy a refreshment or a meal besides the River Severn. Lots happening, lots to enjoy!

Join Director Cameron Evans for a screening of his short film, Empathy & Eternity this Saturday at The Regal Tenbury Wells.

Filmed around Boraston, Burford and Tenbury Wells, Empathy & Eternity is based on Cameron's father's experiences who was an evacuee from Liverpool with a love for Tenbury. The film follows the moving story of a British child's WWII evacuation and how it shaped the rest of his life, as navigated by his son on a pilgrimage for answers and closure a decade after his death.

The evening will feature an introduction to the film by the director and a screening, followed by a Q&A with the team and time to have a drink and socialise afterwards, as well as the opportunity to explore part of an exhibition that Cameron will be bringing.

Meet WalkMalvern, the Malvern Hills District Footpath Society! 🥾🗺️

Founded in 1973, they are the longest established walking club in the Malvern Hills District. The friendly group takes regular long and short walks and visitors to The Malverns are encouraged to try their first 3 walks free of charge.

if you're looking for a new spot to explore this summer, NT Brockhampton's Summer of Play is in full swing for a fun packed family day ✨

The enchanting estate at Brockhampton is easily accessed from Malvern, Worcester and surrounding areas. Visitors can explore the romantic timber-framed medieval manor house which is surrounded by a moat, orchards, parkland and all the natural play zones. There's acres of space with accessible paths, a tea room and dogs are welcome too! 🐶

Younger visitors can take part in the hidden world of the hedgerow trail which runs from Saturday 20 July to Sunday 2 September. Trails cost £3 each and include an activity sheet, colouring pencils, and a prize 🏆

Bands on Belle Vue Island this Saturday 🎸💃☀️

A fantastic line up of bands will be playing on Great Malvern's Belle Vue Island on Saturday 10 & 17 August bringing a buzz to the town centre from 1:30 - 6pm.

These brilliant musicians will provide the atmosphere for a day out shopping, stopping for lunch, or just grabbing something cold and chilling out to the tunes. 🍻🥪
