Unfortunately Haven have announced that parks are remaining closed till the 31st May 2020, much as this is disappointing for everyone, this is the right thing to do in this unprecedented time.
We will continue to keep all our guest updated as we receive the information & we hope to welcome you all back on park soon as possible!

UPDATE 28 APRIL at 10AM โURGENT HOLIDAYMAKER COMMUNICATION
With Government lockdown and social distancing still enforced, and in order to continue to protect our holidaymakers, our owners and our team members, we have had to make the sad decision to further extend our current closure period.
Our parks will remain closed until Sunday 31st May 2020.
Like you, we are disappointed for our guests who were looking to holiday with us, especially over May half term, and to our valued ownersโ community. We will be looking forward to welcoming you back to our parks later this year and into 2021.
We are contacting everyone who has a break booked during this period this week, offering them several options as we need to change their booking. We would like to thank our guests for their patience whilst we work through this as quickly as we can.
We hope you understand this decision has been made with the interest of your wellbeing and that of our team. Please understand that our contact centre and social media teams are managing huge volumes of enquiries and we ask for your continued consideration during these uncertain times for us all.
