Enjoy the closeness that baby-wearing brings while having the opportunity to enjoy some music, dance and socialise! We are not a serious dance or exercise class (you don’t have to be a funky dancer). We aim to lead a class that brings benefit to you and your baby. The dances that we choreograph are simple and easy to follow and if at any time you lose concentration (let’s face it we are all sleep deprived and exhausted) it’s perfectly fine to add in your own moves – in fact we encourage it!
