Pah! Who needs commercial camp showers or campsite facilities. Lovely hot shower this morning using Landy shower. No cue for facilities and piping hot water. 😁😁😁.

Day 2 - Cultural day with a boat cruise through the city, followed by a visit to Basilica of the Holy Blood. Finished off with a lovely meal then MORE Chocolate shopping!!

Day 1. Very slick check in and crossing with Eurotunnel. ( No idea why people use the ferry?! )
90 min drive to Bruge then pitched camp and walk into town for lunch then a Chocostory Workshop to make our own Chocolates. Then shopping for more Chocolate!

Nice run down to campsite which is 7 miles from Eurotunnel. Early start tomorrow for train to Calais.
Spotted several 'Carbage' rally vehicles on the way which made us laugh....!

Global Trax has been quiet recently as we have been planning a few things. One of the plans is Clare and I getting married at the end of the year! However now we are in spring time, we will be brushing the dust off the Land Rover and popping the tent again.
We will be looking at the map and deciding where to explore next. Will keep you posted. 😁 Happy Travels all......

We made it! South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe done! An incredible 3 week trip exploring some of the most remote places which included Kalahari, Okavango, Chobe, Makgadikgadi, Moremi, Nata, Tuli and much more. Some VERY close interaction with the wildlife!!! So many stories to tell and some hilarious moments. 🤣
