Using fresh local produce, I work with you to create a country house dining experience in your own home or away. Whether for a small intimate party or a larger special occasion we cam work together, making the event your very own.
I tailor all dishes to your individual tastes and requirements using the best local ingredients. Following Cordon Bleu training in Edinburgh and placement at Restaurant le Grand Louvre in Paris. I went to work in the kitchen of Raymond Blanc before moving into private dining.
Being born and bred in the Scottish Borders has given me a great sense of the value of our local produce and culture.
I have cooked in many places from large country estates to city town houses, happily adapting to individual guests requirements.
