We are experiencing some issues with single use BBQs on our beaches.
We need your help. Please:
⛱️Don’t bury disposable BBQs in the sand - this presents a risk to people walking bare foot, or dogs and horses running on the beach 🐕
🔥Ensure the BBQ is away from long grass and flammable items.
✔️Always attend your BBQ whilst in use.
🌊Although sand will not burn it does retain heat from the BBQ – cool the sand down with cold water.
Take your rubbish home with you 🙏

Your four legged friends are very welcome at The Stable, and on most of our Pembrokeshire beaches too. Here are the details of beach dog restrictions for this summer.

We all know that our best friends like to go exploring and dream of going for a run on the beach - which is why our four-legged friends love 🐶🐕

As we approach peak season, from the 1st May dog restrictions have come into force on 11 beaches - only three have full restrictions Whitesands, Tenby North, Tenby Castle beach ( except for access to Caldey Island boats) but that still over 50 beaches to discover 👇

We are happy to say that we are able to accept new bookings from within Wales from Monday 9th November. Here is some additional information on the new rules that will apply to local pubs & restaurants from Monday.

Hospitality establishments will be re-opening under a new set of post-firebreak restrictions from the Welsh Government.

A beautiful converted stable, adjacent to our other holiday let -Dovecote Cottage in the rural village of Cosheston. The open plan living/dining area features exposed stone walls, vaulted ceiling & a wood burning stove. The mezzanine bedroom sleeps 2 in Twin Single Beds. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen & stylish shower room. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Located just 20 mins drive from Tenby, only 3 miles from Pembroke Dock & the Irish Ferry. Dogs Welcome. Not Suited to Young Children.

Sleeps 2 in twin single beds in the traditional, mezzanine 'Crog Loft' style bedroom which is accessed by a bespoke wooden staircase. Please note: Headroom is somewhat limited in the Crog Loft and the space is not safe for young children.
The living/dining and kitchen area is open plan with a cosy woodburner for the winter months.

Externally there is off road parking (shared with next door) & a lawn & patio area solely for use of the Stable, patio furniture is provided.

If you need more space for additional family members or friends consider booking Dovecote Cottage & Stable together. This is listed on Airbnb as a separate property.
