Whale watching season runs from October to March. We spotted these ones from Rospletha cliff (2 mins walk from the bottom of the garden). Humpbacks, Fins, Sei and Minke have all been known to pass through.⁣

During late 2021 and early 2022 Seabreeze was built from eco-friendly super thermally efficient structurally insulated panels. It is heated by an air source heat pump and the air is filtered and replaced by a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system, all of which is powered through solar energy. The property is very warm, very dry, and, very much carbon neutral.
