"Boats & Birds" - guests experience an amazing amount of birdlife here including when we take out "Lady Irene". Cuckoos, parakeets, cormorants, turns, geese, kingfishers, ducks, wagtails, woodpeckers, robins, t**s, blackbirds, carrion,... The list is extensive.

"Beautiful Water Newton Mill" - With a public right of way around this building, guests and the public alike get to enjoy the wonderful passion planted gardening of the various owners who live in The Mill. What a way to start a riparian ramble alongside the River Nene.
