The master bedroom boasts an American sized super king (6’ x 6’6”) zip link bed with the ultimate in comfort, a cashmere covered 2000 pocket sprung mattress which has the option of separating into twin beds. The two further double bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and both have their own en suite shower rooms. The house is fitted with a pressurised system and a huge hot water tank ensuring that everyone has a hot, powerful shower. There is a complimentary cot and high chair available on request. Just off the hallway is a chilling out room decorated in a Moroccan style,which leads to a small outdoor barbecue area. A gas barbecue is provided. There is also an integrated double garage for your exclusive secure parking and bicycle storage. LOCATION
Poole’s fabulous quayside is just a two minute stroll away, offering a delightful selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Situated in the old part of the town, the house is ideally situated between the restaurants on the quay and on the old High Street of Poole. From the Quay you can take a boat trip across to Brownsea Island, a National Trust haven and home to a colony of red squirrels, it Just a short walk along the historic quay brings you to the Boat Haven on Poole Quay, which contains beautiful boats up to 33m in length. Further along are the traditional fishing boats which have been part of Poole's history as a working harbour. Home to one of the most famous beaches in the world, Sandbanks is just a short drive away The exclusive, cosmopolitan seaside resort of Sandbanks, once a shanty town on the entrance to Poole Harbour, is today the most salubrious holiday destination on the British Isles. Dramatic sweeps of crisp, golden sand form gently shelving family-friendly, Blue Flag awarded beaches on this breathtaking peninsula. WATERSPORTS

There is a vast selection of golf courses within a short drive, driving ranges, 9 hole, 18 hole and even crazy golf in Poole Park for the little ones. WALKING AND CYCLING
A short trip across on the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland brings you to some of the most beautiful areas of Dorset with stunning sand dunes, tracks, secluded beaches and wonderful pubs and restaurants. Walk, ride or drive. and the lovely Brownsea Island, renowned for its wildlife and colony of red squirrels and home to Britains first Scout Camp. Nearby Bournemouth, with its celebrated International Centre, Winter Gardens, great shopping, colourful nightlife and golden sands is well worth visiting. Holiday destinations don't come much better than this! • Cots, Highchairs are available on request. A charge of £15 +VAT per cot per week or part thereof applies. The cot will be provided with cot linen and extra towels. A charge of £5 per highchair per week or part thereof applies.
• Z-beds can be provided (where space permits) and a charge of £25 +VAT per z-bed per week or part thereof applies.
• Please note a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balancing payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
• All major credit and debit cards accepted (subject to handling fee of 2% for credit cards and 4% for American Express, no charge for debit cards). Euro cheque payments accepted (subject to handling charge).
• Refundable Damage Deposit is required (between £150 and £250 - higher for bookings over one month in duration).
• Some properties allow for short breaks (please see details page for minimum number of nights). Such bookings are usually not accepted more than two months in advance. Rates are calculated on 50%* of the relevant weekly rate for a 2 night stay, 65% for 3 nights, 75% for 4 nights, 85% for 5 nights and 95% for 6 nights. (* the rate steps up to a minimum £185 if this calculation falls below).

• Grocery deliveries can be accepted on your behalf prior to arrival and a charge of £15 +VAT is applied for this service - please enquire for details. Pets are only permitted in some properties and where it has been specifically agreed in writing in advance. A charge of £20 per pet per week or part thereof applies.
