November is a quiet month on the Llyn peninsula with most of the caravan parks closing for the winter. With the beaches empty of holiday makers it's a great time for spotting our resident seals with their pups. These photos were taken by my daughter on our walk between Towyn and Morfa Nefyn. We also spotted lots of wading birds such as Oystercatchers and Plovers. It's a great time of year for wild,windy walks along the costal path. Watching wildlife and stormy seas. We have been granted planning permission to restore Bryn Moelyn Cottage to a two bedroom holiday let. Chris has been busy clearing years of overgrown brambles,ivy and an enormous nest from the inglenook chimney. First job will be the bat roost for our 5 species of bats then hopefully the tin roof can be replaced with slate. Lots of work ahead but very exciting.

Beautiful day at Porth Tocyn. The beach is dog friendly so perfect for a late afternoon walk.

Happy Easter from Bryn Moelyn. The garden is full of wild flowers and beautiful cherry trees. Guests are welcome to use the two acres of gardens to walk and relax in.We have lots of plans to develop wild flower meadows and a woodland walk to encourage even more wildlife. 🦋🪲🐝🌻
