BEDROOM 2 & BEDROOM 3 both have twin divan beds, built in wardrobe, new mattress this year.
MAIN BATHROOM has toilet and large walk in shower.
Central heating throughout, new boiler 2023.

Parking out side caravan. Large grass verge so children can play safely.

Patio area for outdoor furniture. Outdoor tap installed.

As an owner you will receive Owners cards also family and freinds card that give you 15% of all shops, bars and food on park & 50% off the laundrette and activities.

2025 years site fees around £6,960, plus separately billed utilities, rates & water for the season.

We are happy to remove all belongings or you can keep all and will be ready to move in, there is potential to rent out to help cover the site fees .
