There are patio areas to both the front and back of the property. The front and back are fully enclosed with patio furniture. Parking for 2 cars at the front of the property and additional parking available around the rear to accommodate cars, boats and jet skis. LOCAL AREA
The centre of Pwllheli is 1.5 miles away and has a local bus service one minute walk away from the property. Pwllheli is a busy market town with an impressive marina, two glorious beaches and is the perfect location for sailors, walkers, golfers, wildlife enthusiasts and families. The popular town of Abersoch is just a short drive away with shops, bars and restaurants and has a bustling vibrant atmosphere. There are three golf courses within easy reach, with Pwllheli golf course just ten minutes walk away. The towns of Porthmadog and Criccieth are also close by making Orchard Cottage the perfect place from which to explore North Wales. There are numerous beaches just a short drive away, Llanbedrog, Abersoch, Pwllheli, Nefyn, Morfa Nefyn, Whistling Sands, Hells Mouth, Aberdaron and many more. Please note that the cottage is located in the quiet little village of Penrhos, therefore we request that noise is kept to the bare minimum after 11:00 p.m. to be respectful of our neighbours.
