From Monday 1st November the Swaledale Shuttle timetable will be changing. We will revert to a summer and winter timetable and have added a book in advance service to Scotton, Tunstall and Hunton in the morning and afternoon.

Well here we go again!

As from Monday 12 April we will once again be offering a takeaway service on a ‘pop up basis’ via our Village Store. As we did last year.
We will provide a good range of homemade cakes and savouries, along with our usual Yorkshire Gold Tea and Grumpy Mule Espresso Coffee, all to Takeaway. For those of you craving our usual fayre e.g. Muker Teashop Cream Tea, Lemon Drizzle, Carrot Cake, Sandwiches etc you needn’t worry as they will all be making an appearance, along with Nicks’ pasties, scotch eggs, quiches and sausage rolls, which went down a treat last year.

So, if you are heading for a walk in the area or simply driving through, we should have something to suit your needs.
All of these homemade goodies will be available alongside our usual groceries, ice creams, cold drinks, wines, local gins and beers etc.

We will be operating on a Pop-Up basis for the foreseeable future, so do not have any specific opening times as such, but as an absolute minimum we will always be open on Friday and Saturday mornings.

Be assured we will be reviewing things as the Season progresses and as Government guidelines change.

Can there be anything better than a walk through the Muker Meadows in full flower followed by a nice cup of tea and a cream scone?
