It's been an absolutely beautiful Sunny Summer in Salcombe, and after being fully booked since Easter, we now have some availability again, and we are taking bookings for the Autumn & Winter!
3-night breaks are available from £750.

Batson House is a luxurious, spacious 4 bedroomed house located in the beautiful coastal town of Salcombe, South Hams, Devon. Batson House on Allenhayes Road is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard throughout. The house is ideally suited to one or two families for the perfect holiday or short break away and sleeps up to 10 people. There is a spacious open plan living area on the ground floor along with utility room and shower room. There are 3 excellent-sized bedrooms on the first floor with a beautiful tiled family bathroom, and a stylish shower room. On the lower ground floor there is another large king-sized bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is a courtyard garden at the rear of the house for alfresco dining in the warmer months, as well as a private parking bay for 2 small cars or one large car. The house is the perfect base to explore not only everything Salcombe has to offer, but also nearby Dartmouth, and the surrounding area of the South Hams, Devon.
