New Stornoway-Benbecula flights start on the 12th April! ✈️

We are thrilled to announce the first of our scheduled flights between Stornoway and Benbecula will take off on the 12th of April, with tickets now on sale.

Operated by Hebridean Air Services, a proud part of the Airtask Group, our Britten Norman Islander aircraft is ready to provide this vital service three days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

Exciting News from Airtask! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that Airtask, through Hebridean Air Services, has been awarded the contract to operate the vital air service between Benbecula and Stornoway.

This new venture marks a significant milestone for us, as we take over from previous long-term operator, Loganair.

With our strong background in connecting remote communities, including our passenger service flights in the Shetland Islands, Coll, Tiree, and Colonsay, we're committed to making this essential link reliable and efficient for those that depend on it.

Airtask Managing Director, Julie Simper shares, "Naturally we are delighted to be awarded the contract. Having operated two PSO (Public Service Obligation) services for some time, we understand the criticality of the routes to be served and understand that the needs of the travellers must be the highest priority.”

Our flights will run three days a week - Monday, Tuesday, and Friday - aboard our Britten Norman Islander aircraft, a perfect fit for the unique demands of this route. Tickets will be available soon.
