IMPORTANT.
If you have booked your 2025 holiday with us through Trip Advisor - they announced out of the blue yesterday that they no longer want to be involved in the privately owned holiday rental market and therefore are cancelling all future bookings!
I have tried to contact everyone concerned but I am not sure if even the messages on the Trip Advisor platform are getting through.
I will continue to honour these bookings but I NEED you to contact me urgently to get these confirmed and so that I have all your contact details. I will keep the dates booked until the end of September and will then release them if I have heard nothing further from you. According to the email I have from Trip Advisor they will be refunding all customers in full - so make sure you get yours.
This is absolutely nothing of our doing -I just want to make that clear. The announcement was completely unexpected and as you can imagine is a real pain!

Our lovely guests have just sent me these beautiful pictures of the sunrise at the beach yesterday morning. Look how calm the sea is and what a beautiful thing to do.
That's the beauty of staying at Coastguard Cottage, Sea Palling, Norfolk - the beach is less than a minute from the front door so you can hop, skip and jump backwards and forwards whenever you want. Isn't that what holidays are all about?

Just a bit fed up? All the excitement of Christmas and New Year just left a hole and you need something to look forward to?

Why not come and have a short break (or longer) in our lovely Coastguard Cottage, Sea Palling, Norfolk which is right beside the sea. Yes, that's right, less than a minute's walk from the front door down to this beautiful sandy beach.

It doesn't matter that it's winter - sometimes this is the best time of year! The beach all to yourself, apart from the seals who like to keep a watch on you whilst you are walking along the shore. There is a large log burner in the lounge which is just ideal to toast those toes (and paws) beside when the night draws in.

A real 'home from home', well equipped and dogs are very welcome x2 (if you have more then please just let me know).
