It’s been just over a week since our renovation work began 🧰

So far, we’ve lifted the courtyard ground to make way for new paving. Progress is also on track in the ballroom and coffee shop, with both spaces beginning to take shape.

The garden and coffee shop will stay closed for a few more weeks, but our resident shops, including TOAST, Mulberry, and Yves Delorme, remain open. Check our website for their individual opening times.

It’s not the usual pretty picture that we post on our social media channels, but we’re so excited that the renovation work has started! 🧱

Here the team are digging up the courtyard seating area. We can’t wait for you to see our beautiful plans come to life.

This means Kilver Court garden and cafe is now temporarily closed for the renovation work (12th August - 1st September).

Our shops are staying open, so you can still visit TOAST, Mulberry and Yves Delorme.

🚨 Important update 🚨

As many of you know, parts of Kilver Court were flooded during the storms at the beginning of this year.

We now have the opportunity to complete the renovation and repair work on our courtyard seating area, ballroom and coffee shop. This coincides with our current restoration project of the lake (as you can see in these pictures 🦆).

For this reason, we have decided to close everything but retail from Monday 12 August for three weeks 🗓️

This means you will be able to visit TOAST, Mulberry and Yves Delorme but will not be able to access the coffee shop or garden.

We are open every day this week and weekend, 9am - 5pm with free garden entry. So please do stop by for a stroll around the garden, coffee and some retail therapy.

Make sure you’re following our socials for lots of updates and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve done with the place 🔨

If you are a member, please pop into The Wiggly Shed this week or after we have reopened and we will extend your membership year by three weeks.

Our lake will soon undergo essential restoration work, starting 22nd July.

The project aims to reinstate our beautiful lake, improving water quality and supporting local wildlife.

Some garden areas will be temporarily closed, but most of the garden remains open.

Because of this, from 22nd July enjoy free entry while we carry out this essential work 💚

TOAST will be holding a Sample Sale on Friday 14th - Sunday 16th June. They have a selection of sample stock including womenswear and menswear, as well as limited accessories and homeware.

We’re supporting two brilliant causes this week 👇

Wednesday 12th June: we’ll be opening our doors for National Open Garden Scheme, with all admission fees going to support this incredible organisation. Last year the Open Garden scheme raised £3.4 million for their beneficiaries including: Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK, Parkinson’s UK, Carers Trust and The Queen’s Nursing Institute 🌼

Sunday 16th June: we’re supporting the Open Gardens festival with all proceeds going towards the Shepton Mallet Snowdrop Project. One ticket will give you access to 14 gardens in the area!
