The entertainment passes are extra and costs will be provided for this pre booking as the prices are set direct by the site: the passes are for all club house entertainment, shows etc and swimming. However you will not need passes for the on site tavern bar, shop, launderette, restaurants or arcades area. Sleeps 8, one double room, two twin rooms and a double bed in the lounge area. A family bathroom with double sized shower and toilet, seperate toilet room as well. Only duvets and pillows so please bring your own bed linen ie, duvet covers, fitted sheets for the mattresses and pillow cases. each pillow has a protector in and each mattress has a protector on as well. please do not remove these. If local we are happy to hire linen for a small cost. you'll also need you're own towels, tea towels and hand towels will be provided. All cleaning products, hoover etc provided for you.
24hr on site security and help desk for any problems there's always someone at the end of the phone. The van is fully alarmed for your own peace of mind as well. WiFi is provided at no cost to yourself. During covid 19 an outside cleaning firm will come in and clean upon departure - however we ask that you don't just leave everything in a mess, please leave in the condition it was rented out in. A damage deposit will need to be paid one week before your arrival date and refunded 48 - 72 hours hours after departure all being well. We do understand from time to time things get broken/damaged please don't hide it just let one of us know so we can arrange to get it sorted. 10 percent non refunded deposit required at booking to save your dates with remaining balance due 4-6 weeks prior to your stay.
