Butlins current guidance is as follows:

All guests have access to the main butlins site but to use the swimming pool and entertainment wrist bands must be upgraded on check in.

Hi thought I would pass on this info received from Butlins

Government guidance permitting, the Caravan Village
will open on Monday 12 April but our Main Resort
will remain closed. For any guests due to stay in your
holiday home during this period, you will need to advise
them that they will have no access to the Main Resort.
They will however be able to enjoy a socially-distanced
drink outside Pig & Whistle during their stay and be
able to join in with our pre-planned outdoor leisure
activities weather permitting.
