Great fun was had at the annual Seaton to Downderry raft race last week. We had the dubious honour of being the only raft not to make it past the breakers on Seaton beach despite two attempts ! No major injuries apart from egos and pride 😎. Barbeque on the beach and live music all evening at Inn on The Shore followed with a few much needed drinks .
Thanks to our guests for their support!
If you are still thinking of coming down over the Summer we have some great deals on family apartments or just a break for two.
We promise not to include 'raft rides' as part of the holiday experience!!

What a great start to the day ! An early walk along the coast path to Looe this morning.
The sun is due to stay with us next week and we have had two last minute cancellations which we are now offering at vastly reduced prices!

We have a one bedroom ground floor apartment - available from tomorrow ( but you can always arrive in a couple of day's time) for £500.00 for the week or £450.00 for a short break. Apartment 21 is spacious and contemporary with bi-fold doors to the outdoor terrace. No dogs at this apartment.
Apartment 14 is tucked away at the edge of the development, with one bedroom and it's own balcony. Available for a week from Saturday for £400.00 or just come for a few days. Dogs welcome.

The following week we have a well presented two bedroom duplex available from Friday 28th June. £700.00 for the week. Dogs welcome.

What a fantastic weekend! The sun was shining and the beaches were nearly empty. We still have some availability over the next few weeks and we have some great prices for peak season too. Our beach is dog friendly all year round so why not bring your furry friend with you too and enjoy miles of beach walks.

The lifeguards are back on Seaton beach and the forecast is great for next week! We have apartments still available - both for a short break and for the week. Huge savings too! Hope everyone had a Happy Easter. We had a full site here and the sun shone for much of the weekend.
Children were enjoying the sandpit and the little boat. Some of our grown up guests enjoyed a glass of fizz there too in the Spring sunshine.

Despite being surrounded by lots of amazing places here on the South Coast it’s easy to forget that we are only an hour from the North Cornish Coast too.
Had a great day out to Boscastle and braved the footbridge to Tintagel. Lots of winter sunshine and fresh sea air!

The coastline is stunning here in the Winter and for those that are brave enough plenty of cold water swimming to be had too!
Why not give us a call if you have a group that would like to hike, surf or swim. We are moments from the beach and right on the South West coast path. If you prefer to wave watch with a cup or glass of something, all our apartments have frontline views of the ocean.
Great winter rates available and a warm pub a short walk away!

After a pretty wild Christmas and New Year (weather not parties sadly!) we have started January with cold, crisp sunny days and some gorgeous blue skies.
We are open all year round here at Mount Brioni and each season has something special to offer.
