Today is the Mini Run…Small Cars Big Hearts The LGT will be assembling on the Prom then leaving Westward Ho! at 11am.

Lots going on all day with great places to eat and drink then tonight from 5pm in The Waterfront Inn is Soul Intention at 5pm followed by Rescue Remedy at 8pm.

Westward Ho!’s own super gran, lives here and represents the UK in many International events.

Peggy said “Thank you ALL for your support in getting me here to Townsville, Australia. Event was this morning. Run, swim, run format, so no wetsuits, hence the slower time for me. I tried hard and did my best and won gold... my 20 ieth gold for Europeans and World events.
I am again World (AG) Aquathlon Champion.

Forget nets as they destroy the habitat and injure/kill the animals.

For rock pool shrimps carefully move the rocks and if you see them, put your fingers in and stay still. The shrimps will come out to see what you are and explore you!
