Country Lanes 🌿

And cute thatched cottages 🏡 This pretty lane has 6 of them,  I'm still gatekeeping this village 🤭 North Yorkshires best hidden gem yet ♥️

As I was walking down this road and remarked what a pretty country road it was, my 8 year old daughter started singing that old John Denver classic and I looked at her like this 🤯 it isn't something she would've heard in my car, that's for sure! Country folk isn't really my chosen genre 😂 so I was flabbergasted that she could sing it word for word! She wouldn't elaborate on how she knew it but she laughed at me and said "everyone knows it mum" turns out it was recorded in 1971 which is before even my time, much to her surprise, as she seems to think I was alive in Victorian times, having asked me recently if I knew (personally) Emmeline Pankhurst 🤣 kids!

Anyway. Happy Easter Sunday. I hope the Easter Bunny has visited you! I'm still waiting 🙄🐇🐰
