A shout out to our repeat visitor guests.
We have 50 bookings in 2024/25 and 18 are return visitors - over 1/3rd - thank you for your continued support.
Whilst the June week is now booked, our next available free booking is the weekend of 4th October (3 nights) and then midweek on 11th November
However, both Christmas and New Year weeks are still available!

Just back from a maintenance week and short break. Everything ready for the Summer. A Pergola ordered to extend outside use- hopefully fitted in a month or so.

Discovered a great walk to The Wild Boar pub. It was meant to be a circular but the pub was too much of an attraction ! Taxi back about £9

Good route for day out.

By way of an update Cannondale is now fully booked until the end of November APART from week com Friday 21st June.

There is also a rare in season 3 night booking available for Friday 4th October.

Weekend and midweek stays available in November and December as well as Christmas and New year not taken as yet.

Bookings into 2025 are now open.

Whilst this isn't showing on the booking system a 3 night stay is now available arriving anytime Friday 5th January leaving Monday 8th January by 11am

After a surge in 2024 bookings ( thank you to everyone for the 5* reviews!) we now only have 5 weeks available to book between now and the end of May.

There is good availability from June including some summer holiday weeks, Christmas 24 and New year 25

But with Cannondale fully booked in 2023 from mid May to mid November it's a good idea to book early

After the wonderful weather in May and June we thought Cannondale deserved some more comfortable outdoor furniture. It arrived today and we assembled it in the pouring rain! Typical but looks great and I hope will be appreciated. We are taking bookings for 2024 !!

As well as week long bookings, Cannondale is available to book for weekends ( Fri Sat Sun) and mid week ( Mon-Thurs) during January February and March 2023
Cannondale is available for week long bookings for the rest of the year.
Prices for a weekend start from £775 which represents £65 per room per night. Mid week breaks are the same price which represents £48 per room per night

Cannondale is usually only available for week long bookings BUT we have 2 midweek stays available to book and one week available before the end of the year.

Monday December 4th - 4 nights
Friday December 16th - 4 nights

Week long bookings start again on Friday 6th January with full availability apart from 2nd June and 22 September. 2023

Fantastic circular walk from Grasmere via Easedale Tarn and up to High Raise. About 12m circuit. Highly recommend
