Nerantzi is a beautiful house which overlooks the west coast of the island and is set in a peaceful olive grove in the hamlet of Manesatika.
The house is all on one level with doors that open up on to the garden and pool area. It is tastefully decorated with quirky artwork hanging from almost every wall. It has a mix of beautiful old furniture which has been paired well with newer modern pieces.
The high ceilings and large windows give the house light and airy feel.
The lounge and kitchen are open plan with a large breakfast bar separating the two rooms.
All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have air-conditioning and mosquito nets on windows.
The pool is large and has plenty of space around it to relax on the sun loungers. Around the pool there are many wonderful plants and trees and an amazing view of the sea!
There is plenty of seating outside the house, in and out of the shade. As well as the most fabulous outdoor kitchen with a gas stove and BBQ and a large table that can seat 8 people easily.

Villa Dream (sleeps 8 )
The villa is situated on the west coast close to the village of Fanariotatika and Velianitatika. It is a very special retreat with amazing views over the ancient "Greek Cistern" offering privacy and relaxation.
Bougazi unknown isolated rock beach is just 15min walk and Avlaki beach is about 20min walk.
The villa has four levels each with one double bedroom including en suite shower room. There are two fully equipped kitchens and dinning areas and a kitchenette.
Outside we have many terraces and balconies, many sitting areas and two pools (9X5m and 7X4m) offering dramatic views over the west coast.

The villa is light and airy throughout, and has been carefully decorated in a modern but homely style.
It includes a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, with glass doors leading out to the dining terrace where you can enjoy panoramic sea views.
On the same level there are two double bedrooms, with a queen size bed and a shower room en suite.
One bedroom leads out to a private furnished balcony overlooking the sea, the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
Outside there is a spacious terrace and large pool patio with loungers and parasols and a superb private pool (8x4m). There are several seating areas around the house, one of them including a fully equipped outside kitchen, bbq and dining area.
