Uber is partnering with DonateForNepal.org and Childreach Nepal to make it easy for you to donate to Nepal relief efforts. Today (May 8) and tomorrow (May 9) from 11am to 4pm, Uber will be collecting supplies for Nepal from your doorstep, on-demand.

There are two ways to donate:
Donate items: Select uberAID, and a van will come to collect your items. See below for the list of items that will be accepted.
Donate money: Select uberAID, and call your driver to tell him/her the amount you would like to donate. The driver will input the amount and your Uber account will be charged. The van will only come to your location if you also have items.

Only the following items will be accepted:
Tents
Tarps which are at least 2 meters x 3 meters
Water purifiers and water purifying tablets
New blankets
Solar lanterns
Monetary donations
