About the Role:
•You will join the Sales & Marketing team and you will be responsible for maximizing participation at our live events.
•You are a person who has past sales and marketing experience and wants to be part of an ecosystem where the quality of the product is a critical factor. Very important - you're also a person who is driven by numbers, highly disciplined, and focused.
•And fun – we love jokes and laughter!
•You are also passionate about social media. We love LinkedIn and are very active there – you should be very comfortable navigating LinkedIn and creating a social presence about our solutions.
•You also must be passionate about content creation. Content is king, so you must have a good understanding of the latest developments in HR, talent, and organizations.
•You are also very articulate in both written and spoken English – and you are comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations with potential customers.
•You also love sales!
•This position has both direct contact potential with new clients, as well as with existing clients who want to learn more about our offers. You are also to support them in their purchasing experience, so reaching out to people in order to help them buy is second nature to you.

•The training for this position will happen in Budapest, Hungary. Once a consistent track record of great performance and proper documentation is seen, this role can also be done remotely – we even have colleagues in Australia and Indonesia!
•Should you be remote, you will be required to join regular sales meetings online. Mandatory sales trainings and coaching will happen on a quarterly basis (at a minimum), which will require you to join the rest of the team at a physical location as needed.
Responsibilities - Get the most out of your day!
You are a content & social media marketeer:
•Create social media posts on LinkedIn and engage prospects/customers in discussion.
•Create written and recorded audio content for our blog and podcast channel.
•Work with the marketing team and support driving leads for sponsorship and delegate participation.
•Curate quality content from other sources.
You are a customer journey advisor & a kick-ass sales person:
•Be the first point of contact with new leads who request guidance through their purchase experience with The HR Congress.
•Responsible for deal flow of inbound leads on assigned product lines through proper following-up.
•Work with the sponsorship team to ensure we are attracting the right participants to our events.
•Work as an integrating support role at times, for instance when a lead requires further assistance.
•Your performance will be measured by: Your KPI’s will be a combination of Total Social Media Volume, Customer Success, Customer Feedback on Sales Experience, and Conversion Rate.
Requirements -You are an exceptional individual, who is willing to walk the extra mile!
•Past sales and/or marketing experience
•Strong business acumen, solid understanding of business value creation and profitability
•Strong track record of building strong relationships with organizations and individuals.
•Mastery of the English language (orally and written).
•Good working understanding of LinkedIn.
•Clear understanding of a typical sales pipeline and the metrics surrounding it.
•Flexible enough to work outside regular work hours to maximize results across various time zones when required.
•Proactive and open to communicate with the team about process improvement.
•Happy and cheerful personality, a lot of energy!
