This school, which is slated to quickly become the hub for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu related events in Europe, is owned and operated by Professor Jorge Santos. Santos has been active in Jiu Jitsu since 2001 and was awarded his black belt in 2010. Currently a third degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, Santos is a fierce competitor with over 9 titles including his most recent 1st place victory at the Mu

nich Open. Santos was born on 20th March 1981 in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He relocated to Dublin, Ireland in March 2011 and founded a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in Dublin City Centre where he has assembled a powerful team of BJJ competitors who have become staples on the platform in Ireland and all around Europe. JS Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Dublin is an expansive facility with over 5,000 sq ft. The academy is open to the public from 6:30 am until 9:00 pm most days. Professor Santos considers his students as part of his family and is happy to welcome new members. Did you know that failing to wash your kimono AND rash guards after every training session can expose you to harmful bacteria, skin infections, and damage the integrity of your gear? 😷🦠👕 Here's why it's crucial to keep them both fresh:

1️⃣ Bacteria Battle: Jiu-Jitsu mats are breeding grounds for bacteria. Rolling around in sweat and close contact with others can lead to the transfer of nasty germs onto your gear, making it not only unsanitary but a health risk.

The GYM will remain close on December the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st and the 1st and 2ns of January. From the 20th until the 30th of December the evening classes will only be at 6.00pm for beginners and 7.00pm mixed for fundamentals and advanced students. THE REST OF THE CLASSES REMAIN UNCHANGED.
